Certification of Quality Excellence in Management of Football Training Schools
Football is a model, a mirror where millions of people have a model of life, behavior, values, future.
This CERTIFICATION of EXCELLENCE in Management is intended to be an international recognition to those FOOTBALL SCHOOLS, which manage their Entities in an excellent way.
It aims to be a worldwide recognition to those entities that not only have passion, have organization, knowledge, vision, strategy, management and obtain results that allow the sustainability of this sport, and they are a world benchmark: They are a football model.
Excellence in the Management of Football Schools, has been developed as guidelines for the management of Schools and training centers, which allow:
- Define and deploy ethical and sustainability values towards society.
- Define strategies and management criteria to ensure the School sustainability, growth and current and future economic equilibrium.
- Train in the values, personal development, technical and tactical sports, to future world sports elites, with the purpose of discovering talent, develop it and give it maturity, responsibility and technique, which will allow their professional success.
Management Model specifies the requirements for a management system when a Football School:
a).- Needs to demonstrate infront of thirty part, its ability to provide services and activities in a systematic manner and demonstrate excellence in management, results, and impact on stakeholders (public administrations, users, professionals, players, social environment, etc.).
b).- Aims to increase results and ensure that the Football School can become an international benchmark, as well as optimize management and continuously improve its results and sustainability.
All the requirements of this Model of Excellence are generic and are intended to be applicable to all Football Schools, which voluntarily take it as a reference.
Each Football School will have to adapt this Model to its organization, according to its size, objectives, environment involved and strategy.
